<p>PURPOSE:To provide a display control device and method which change the overlap state among plural windows through easy operation. CONSTITUTION:A microprocessor MPU 10 controls the operation of the whole device. A CRT 12 and a pointing device PD 14 are connected to this MPU 10 through a disk 15 on which image information is stored, and a VRAM 13. The window function part of this device is provided with a priority down function indicating priority, a negative/positive inverting function which performs the black/white inversion of the inside of a window, and a transparency function. Each function is indicated by the PD 14, the state is discriminated by the MPU 10, and the priority of the window is set lower than those of other windows by the priority down function.</p> |
