<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method for producing a flyback transformer featuring high reliability, high workability, low cost, etc. CONSTITUTION:A coil part 1 and a block part 2 are fixed in a transformer case 7 which is then filled with inorganic granules 12, e.g. silica. The transformer case 7 is then entirely subjected to ultrasonic oscillation of 10-100kHz under low atmospheric pressure of 1-10Torr before an epoxy based insulating resin 13 of 10-1000cP is injected. When the gaps between the inorganic granules 12 are entirely filled with the insulating resin 13, evacuation and oscillation are released. Finally, the transformer case 7 is heated entirely at 80 deg.C for about 1 hour to gelatinize the insulating resin 13 which is further heated at 115 deg.C for about 2 hours and cured.</p> |
