<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the card interface device which can detect the insertion and extraction of a memory card irrelevantly to the stop or supply of electric power to a CPU. CONSTITUTION:While Vcc1 is supplied to the CPU 11, a card controller 7, and the memory card 1, Vcc0 is supplied to a card monitor part 13 and a memory 9 and even when the supply of the Vcc1 is stopped, the card monitor part 13 holds the insertion/extraction state of the card and starts a card interruption state; when the supply of Vcc1 is stopped and then restarted, the CPU 11 rewrites saved card information in the card controller 7 prior to initialization and compares the rewritten card information with newly written card information to judge whether or not the card is replaced, thereby performing specific processing.</p> |
