PURPOSE:To prevent a trouble of overlap of the same time or omission of the time by a time-correcting operation and to accurately execute the management of time of data from a terminal station on the central station side on the basis of a clock mode and a time difference during the forced processing of setting time. CONSTITUTION:When a terminal station receives a time setting command transmitted from a central station (S1), a reference time included in the time setting command and a present time of a clock in the terminal station are compared to judge whether a shift between them is in a range of correction (S2). When the shift is in the range of correction, the time correction process is executed (3). In the time correction process, a time axis of a real time is compressed or expanded at every predetermined time interval to correct the time of the clock by converting it on a time axis of the clock. On the other hand, when the shift is out of the range of correction, the forced processing of setting time is executed (S4), a clock mode is renewed (S6) and the time modes and time differences before and after changing the time are transmitted to the central station (S7). |
