<p>PURPOSE:To provide the power controller which can place even a personal computer, using a nonlock type power switch, in unmanned operation. CONSTITUTION:This power controller is equipped with a latching relay 15 which is reset by a CPU 8 when the source voltage of a personal computer body 1 rises and set when the source voltage is cut off, a counter 18 which counts the clock signal of an oscillation circuit 17 when the AC input voltage of the personal computer main body 1 which is cut off owing to a power failure recovers and outputs a signal when its counted value reaches a previously set value, an AND gate 20 which outputs a set signal on condition that the latching relay 15 is set when the signal of the counter is inputted, and a flip-flop 21 which outputs a power source recovery signal to a power unit 3 when the set signal is inputted to turn ON the power source of the personal computer body 1.</p> |
