<p>PURPOSE:To enhance cooling performance by without extending a casing or providing a cooler by covering the outer circumferential surface of the casing containing a generator with a metal film corrosive resistant to water. CONSTITUTION:The outer circumferential surface of a casing 10 containing a valve hydraulic turbine generator is covered with a metal film 1 corrosive resistant to water. The metal cover 1 is formed by welding, for example, zinc aluminium, stainless steel, or nickel onto the outer circumferential surface of the casing by flame coating. Since the metal film 1 is metal, thermal resistance is extremely small. Therefore, the cooling performance of a cooling duct 11 is significantly improved. Thus, the extension of the casing or the containing of a cooler as in a conventional device are not required, and the enlargement of the device or the increase in cost can be eliminated. Further, when the metal film 1 is formed by flame coating, the metal film 1 is firmly stuck to the casing 10.</p> |
