PURPOSE:To prevent the fetching of erroneous data to a register type input buffer etc., performing an input operation according to a clock signal CLK by suppressing the power source noise of clock signal input buffer IBK receiving the clock signal CLK and stabilizing its level deciding operation. CONSTITUTION:A power source supplying path supplying a power source voltage VCC1 and a grounding potential VSS1 to the clock signal input buffer IBK is provided independently of a power source supplying path supplying a power source voltage VCC2 and a grounding potential VSS2 to other internal circuits. Thus, the power source noise due to charging currents and pass-through currents accompanied by operations of internal circuits is suppressed from being transferred to the power source supplying path of the clock signal input buffer IBK. |
