PURPOSE:To provide a ball retainer assembly which can prevent a ball from coming off from a retainer and which can facilitate the installation and removal of balls on and from the retainer. CONSTITUTION:In a ball retainer assembly in which a plurality of balls 2 are rotatably held in a retainer 1, the retainer 1 is composed of a body band plate part 5 having a single plane-like cross-sectional shape, and longitudinal ridge parts 6, 6 projected from the flat surfaces of the body band plate part 5, which are integrally incorporated with one another and which are made of a plastic material.
