The cutting shears have a moveable blade (1) constrained to an operating part (2) to be displaced angularly with respect to a counter blade (4). The assembly of blades (1, 4) are carried by a support frame (3).One of the blades at least (4) is constrained by an adjustment device. This adjustment device is adapted to bring the blade closer to the other blade (1), if necessary, to adjust the play just to a position of tangency.
