The hand tool has a sleeve (12) which comprises a mitred plate (13). The plate (13) has the mitre (16) formed on it with the aid of a distinct part of the plate (13).The mitre (16) extends laterally with respect to the internal surface (23) of the plate. Preferably, the mitre (16) has a thickness (E') which at its middle portion is greater than that (E) of the plate (13) and the mitre (16) has on at least part of its perimeter a falling edge (24) which is engaged with force on the plate (13).
