<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized guide roller capable of smoothly guiding a tape with good assemblability. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed length M from both ends of a roller main body 1 respectively is made smaller than the other part in inside diameter to have a stepped structure. Then, when a bearing 2 made of synthetic resins is press-fed into the roller main body 1, inside diameters of both end parts of this bearing become smaller to be almost fitted with an external form of a supporting shaft 3. Besides they are larger than the external form of the supporting shaft 3 in the other place, and the bearing 2 and the supporting shaft 3 are only in contact at both end parts M.</p> |
