<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate shock by supplying electricity stored in a capacitor into an electromagnet coil for releasing a brake to weaken the pressing force of a brake spring and to extend the operation time of the brake at the time of service interruption or emergency stop. CONSTITUTION:When service interruption or emergency stop happens during the rotation of a turnable of a physical distribution conveying device or the like, electricity stored in a capacitor is automatically supplied to an electromagnet coil 11 to attract a movable iron core 13, thereby weakening the compression force of a brake spring and reducing brake torque, and a quantity of electricity stored in a capacitor is gradually reduced with the brake being slid. As a quantity of electricity is reduced, the electromagnet of the electromagnet coil 11 becomes weak, so that the compression force of the brake spring 1 is increased and the brake is strengthened and a motor is stopped. Thereby, the brake operation time is extended, thereby being able to obtain the operation of a brake without shock.</p> |
