PURPOSE:To provide a distance measuring device which has a distance measuring light source for Xe tubes having a large quantity of light and uses a driving circuit in common for a stroboscopic circuit and whose cost is inexpensive and by which an obstacle by a noise is reduced. CONSTITUTION:A distance measuring device is composed of a distance measuring Xe tube 1, a mask 4 to restrict distance measuring light, a switching part 5 to move a position of the mask 4, a trigger circuit 7 to control a projecting lens 2 and emitting light of the Xe tube 1, an inductance 6 to control a Xe tube electric current, a capacitor 9 to accumulate voltage to emit light, a pressure raising circuit 11, a Xe tube 8 for a stroboscope, a trigger circuit 13 to control emitting light of the Xe tube 8 and a switch 12 to input electric charge charged with the capacitor 9 to the Xe tubes 1 and 8, and uses the capacitor 9 and the pressure raising circuit 11 in common for the Xe tube 1 and the Xe tube 8. |
