PURPOSE:To provide a device capable of performing image blurring preventing operation with high accuracy and with good operability without being disturbed by information other than necessary. CONSTITUTION:As for this signal processor for an image blurring preventing device; the image blurring preventing operation is performed by actuating an image blurring preventing means preventing image blurring in accordance with a signal from a shake detecting means detecting a shake state. It is provided with an arithmetic means 53 calculating the mean value of the signals outputted from the shake detecting means in a specified period of time, and a preventing means actuated in accordance with the calculated result by the arithmetic means 53 and preventing the inappropriate operation of the image blurring preventing means caused by the DC component of the signal from the shake detecting means.
