PURPOSE:To provide the strip line forming method which adopts a simple process not to require much work time and is superior in productivity and quickly copes with formation of a strip line having an arbitrary shape. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic machine is used, and a dielectric substrate coated with a conductor, a dielectric resonator block 10, etc., are placed and fixed on a table 8 of the ultrasonic machine, and an ultrasonic cutting tool 3 is mainly moved to remove a part of the conductor. Thus, the dielectric foundation is exposed to form the strip line having a prescribed shape which is demarcated by this dielectric foundation. |
