PURPOSE:To eliminate such a state that the execution of the job of a proper user becomes impossible, by making it possible to access a host computer when a password and a state password are correct. CONSTITUTION:A user registration name in user information which is read from a user information registration file part 5 is compared and collated with a user registration name transferred from an input processing part 7. When they are matched, the content of a use restriction flag is inspected. When it is '0', the processing of a use permitted state is executed. In the processing, the password in information from the input processing part 7 is inspected to be correct or not by using password information in user information. In the processing of a use inhibited state, the presence or absence of the input of a state releasing password is inspected. When it is inputted, state releasing password information in information which is read from the user registration file part 5 is used and it is inspected whether the state releasing password in information transferred from the input processing part 7 is correct or not. When it is not correct, the instruction for output of a use inhibited state message is given and user verification is terminated. |
