PURPOSE:To shorten the time required for the issue of certificate by using a 1st paper carrying passage capable of obtaining binding and a joint seal when they are necessary, and when they are unnecessary, sending a certificate by a 2nd paper carrying passage having a length shorter than the length of the 1st passage. CONSTITUTION:This automatic certificate issuing machine is provided with the 1st paper carrying passage (chute 55) for carrying certificates when it is necessary to properly arrange and bind these certificates, put a joint seal and issue the binded certificates, the 2nd paper carrying passage (chute 85) for carrying certificates when binding and a joint seal are unnecessay and a passage switching lever 84 for switching over passage to either one of the 1st and 2nd paper carrying passages 55, 85. |
