<p>PURPOSE:To further improve a fine view by respectively detecting illuminance of a plurality of illuminating means provided in a void part inserted through floor space in a plurality of layers, and adjusting a quantity of illumination of each illuminating means, so as to maintain each location of the blowby void part always in prescribed brightness. CONSTITUTION:In a multiple dwelling house 1 formed with a blowby void part 10 in a manner inserted through floor space 7 of a plurality of layers, a plurality of illuminator units 16 are provided so as to illuminate inside the ventilation void part 10. A luminance sensor 23 is provided so as to respectively detect luminance in a plurality of upper/lower parts of this void part 10, and a detected luminance value is input to a luminance input part and compared with a reference luminance value as input to the luminance input part, to calculate an adjusting required luminance difference in an adjusting required luminance arithmetic part. Next in an illumination control part, based on the adjusting required luminance difference, a quantity of illumination of a plurality of the illuminator units 16 is adjusted. In this way, inside the ventilation void part 10 can be always held to the desired luminance.</p> |
