<p>PURPOSE:To easily select a character which is not selected by simultaneously displaying plural candidates by a control means, surely inputting selected character patterns, switching display a pattern on a display section by correction keys and selecting the character in the pattern. CONSTITUTION:A control section 1 sets a first flag and a second flag areas in a work memory 17 and clears a candidate memory 15. An exclusive OR is taken between the first flag value of the memory 17 and a logic 1 and the result is written into the memory 17 as the first flag value. Fetching of input voice patterns, which are inputted through a microphone 10, sampled by an A/D converter 11 and converted into digital signals, is continued until the end of a voice key operation is detected. A comparison is successively made between the fetched input voice patterns and the standard voice patterns in a standard memory 14 and prescribed number of selections are made starting from the one which most closely approximates the input voice pattern.</p> |
