PURPOSE:To uniformly supply a heat refrigerator even to any air conditioner body by preventing a heat refrigerant from flowing at a rate which is over the value specified by the rated performance. CONSTITUTION:Hating heat-radiator upper limit temperature Thlim is set to a room temperature control part 26 for each room temperature. The operation is controlled such that when heating heat-radiator temperature Th is higher than the heating heat- radiator upper limit temperature Thlim at room temperature, a flow rate control valve 20 is forcedly closed even in the case where opening of the flow rate control valve 20 estimated with fuzzy operation is to be opened. Further, the valve opening is kept as it is until the heating heat-radiator temperature Th is lower than the heating heat- radiator upper limit temperature Thlim by 2 deg.C or more. When the heating heat-radiator temperature Th is lower than the heating heat-radiator upper I imit temperature Thlim by 2 deg.C or more. When the heating heat-radiator temperature Th is lower than the heating heat-radiator upper limit temperature Thlim by 2 deg.C or more, the flow rate control valve 20 is opened by estimated valve opening. Further, provided the valve opening estimated with the fuzzy operation is to be closed, the flow rate control valve 20 is opened by the estimated valve opening whatever the heating heat-radiator temperature Th is. |
