PURPOSE: To facilitate manufacture and reduce production cost by forming a terminal of an adaptor of flexible material, connecting a carrier provided with an electric conduction path, and arranging electronic components on the upper face. CONSTITUTION: An end part 4 of a flexible carrier with a conduction path is folded in the position of a connector 1, and a terminal connecting part 8 is inserted in a hole of a conduction path part of the carrier and soldered so as to be fixed to a metal case 10. The connecting part 8 can therefore be connected directly to the conduction path of the carrier 3 without using an additional unstretched wire, and electronic components 6 are disposed on the carrier 3. Furthermore, the conduction path of the carrier 3 is connected to a terminal connecting part 9. With the elements 6 fitted onto the carrier 3, the unstretched wire generating parasitic capacity and selfinductance is dispensed with so as to reduce manual work and production cost.
