<p>PURPOSE:To speedily decide a fault factor and a fault level by deciding the abnormal level of equipment, which stops operating during sequence control, based on the diagnostic matrix of plural relay contact related to the operating equipment. CONSTITUTION:The diagnostic matrix of plural relay contacts X1-X3 related to the operating equipment is prepared in advance. Based on this diagnostic matrix, a relay sequence circuit 1 is composed of the relay contact X1 for operation, relay contact X2 for display and relay contact X3 to be operated within the upper limit range of an opening gauge at an upper limit switch. When the operating equipment stops operating during the sequence control of the operating equipment due to the opening/closing of these relay contacts X1-X3, based on this diagnostic matrix, it is decided whether the fault level of the operating equipment shows a light fault or not. Concerning this diagnostic matrix, contact states are detected by comparing the opening/closing states of two relay contacts selected out of partially charged operation items among the plural relay contacts to be opened/closed by one relay.</p> |
