<p>PURPOSE:To enable the estimation of the cause of abnormality in the case of judging abnormality by measuring a current at the operating time, and analyzing an obtained signal to diagnose functionality. CONSTITUTION:The measured data of a driving current is stored in the measured data file 5 of a storage device 4, while a parameter required for diagnosis is extracted by a data analysis part 6 and stored in an analysis result file 7. In a trend analysis part 8, the history of the diagnosis parameter from the analysis result file 7 is read and displayed, the successive change of the parameter is predicted from the change tendency, and the predicted result is stored in the analysis result file 7. In a diagnosis part 9, the analysis result file 7 is read, and abnormality diagnostic is performed referring to a diagnostic knowledge data base 10, and the disassembly-inspection time of a motor-operated valve is presented on the basis of the successive change prediction result of the diagnosis parameter obtained by the trend analysis part 8.</p> |
