<p>PURPOSE:To simplify circuit constitution and to reduce a cost. CONSTITUTION:In a recording system 1 for blocking video data in a blocking circuit 6, performing a compression processing in an orthogonal transformation circuit 7 and a quantization circuit 13 and performing recording, at the time of digitally recording the video data, so as to complete a framing processing performed in a simple framing circuit 8 within the same block, the high band part of the video data is removed in a low-pass filter 5 and the recording is performed. Also, in a reproducing system 21 for reproducing the video data recorded in such a manner, a processing for reducing the degradation of a picture quality generated by removing the high band part at the time of the recording is performed to the reproduced video data in the low-pass filter 28 and output is performed. In addition to that the framing processing performed in the simple framing circuit 8 is simplified, memories and circuits relating to shuffling and de-shuffling are completely omitted.</p> |
