PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of the filter characteristic by making the coupling electrode of a dielectric filter narrower than the input/output electrode to suppress the change of the capacity between an outer conductor and a connection electrode even in the case of the occurrence of relative position deviation between both electrodes. CONSTITUTION:A screen pattern is used to print a ground electrode 8 or the like on an open face 4 of a dielectric filter 1. Thereafter, a screen pattern of the mounting face is used to print an input/output electrode 6 or the like. In this case, width (a) of the electrode 8 is made narrowe than width (b) of the electrode 6. Thus, the electrode 8 having the width (a) doesn't protrude from the electrode 6 having the width (b) by the relative deviation in the breadthwise direction of electrodes between the screen pattern of the open face 4 and that of the mounting face 5 even if this deviation occurs. Consequently, the change of the capacity between an outer conductor 7 and a connection electrode 8 is suppressed. |
