发明名称 DIAPHRAGM TYPE ELECTROMAGNETIC PUMP
摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the capacity of a diaphragm type electromagnetic pump and to facilitate the manufacture thereof by providing a stationary part for securing a coil frame to a core so as to arrange the coil frame to face a permanent magnet in order to increase the area of the corresponding magnetic path of a main pole with respect to the permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION:Each of magnets 7a, 7b is composed of an E-like core 22, a coil frame 23 made of an insulator and an electromagnetic coil 24, the core 22 being composed of a base part 25 and salient poles 26 projected toward a vibrator. Further, the salient poles 26 consist of a main pole 26a located at the center of the core 22 and side poles 26, 26b projected from located at opposite ends of the core 22, and when a current runs through the coil 24, the main pole 26a and the side poles 26b are magnetized in opposite to each other. Protrusions 27, 27 are formed on the permanent magnet side part of the main pole 26a, and are bent by an angle of 90 deg. before assembly so as to easily secure the coil frame 23 to the core 22 and to increase the area of the main pole 26a facing the permanent magnet. As a result, it is possible to enhance the intermagnetic action between the core and the permanent magnet and to increase the capacity of the pump, and as well to facilitate the manufacture thereof.
