ELECTROMAGNETIC HEATER COOKING APPARATUS AND INDUCTION HEATING COIL FOR IT

PURPOSE:To ensure excellent heating efficiency and temp. controllability and simplify the cleaning works for the inside of a body vessel. CONSTITUTION:Four flat coil vessels 18 are laid in line immerged in an oil prepared in an oil tank 13, and a thin induction heating coil 30 is accommodated in the coil vessels 18 through a supporting insulator 40. To this induction heating coil 30 a high frequency current of 20-200kHz is fed from a high frequency power supply so that the vessels 18 is heated by electromagnetic induction, and thereby the oil is heated internally. Joule's heat generated by the coil 30 can also contribute to the heating of the oil. The coil 30 is fabricated by connecting two flat coil plates 32 in the center, which are formed from copper plate through a press working.
