PURPOSE:To obtain an electrophotographic transfer paper which causes no contamination in a paper making machine, has stable frictional coefft., and is suitable for an inject recording paper by using a water-base emulsion having a dispersion phase of a specified material as an inner sizing agent. CONSTITUTION:This electrophotographic transfer sheet essentially consists of pulp fiber, sizing agent and filler and is obtd. by making paper under pH4 to 9 condition. The sizing agent is a dehydrated condensate comprising polybasic carboxylic acid (A) having 3 or 4 carboxyl groups and at least one kind of compd. (B) selected from alkyl alcohol having hydrophobic substituent, alkenylalcohol, mono or dialkylamine and mono or dialkenylamine. At least one carboxyl group of the polybasic carboxylic acid (A) remains as not reacted. The dehydrated condensate is in a dispersion phase of the water-base emulsion. |
