发明名称 NONAQUEOUS ELECTROLYTIC SECONDARY BATTERY AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE:To suppress generation of dendrites and reduce the number of defectives caused by internal short circuit by decreasing the number of insoluble particles having a particle size of 100mum or larger in an alkali-ion conductive nonaqueous electrolyte to practically zero per liter. CONSTITUTION:By eliminating dust stuck on materials and components constituting a battery and controlling dust in a workshop environment in battery assembly, dust on an electrode is reduced to control generation of dendrites in an alkali metal electrode on charging. To achieve this purpose, the number of insoluble particles such as dust having a particle size of 100mum or larger is reduced to practically zero per liter. Generation of dendrites on negative electrode metal deposition is suppressed to decrease internal short circuit, charging/ discharging efficiency is enhanced, cycle life is lengthened, and reliability is increased.
