PURPOSE:To provide a small-sized and inexpensive isolator of high reliability by using a film resistance as a terminating resistance. CONSTITUTION:A film resistance 7 is formed as the terminating resistance and is constituted on the upper face of a multilayered substrate 10 consisting of ceramic sheets 11 to 14 forming a matching capacity (matching circuit) and ceramic sheets 15 to 17 forming center electrodes 2a, 2b, and 2c. By this constitution, the isolator is miniaturized. The film resistance 7 can be formed in the multilayered substrate. |
