PURPOSE:To obtain the optical disk and its recorder and reproducing device, possessing a duplication preventing function. CONSTITUTION:A signal pit train 11 provided between recording tracks and the recording tracks on both sides of inner and outer circumferences of the signal pit train 11 are not arranged with recording track pit trains 10 but provided with a plural number of signal pit trains 11. A function capable of stopping reproduction thereafter when an area provided with a plural number of signal pit trains 11 is reproduced plural times, and its regenerative signal is the same every time is imparted to the reproducing device. Since a duplicating disk is not provided with the signal pit trains 11 between the recording tracks, even when the area recorded with the signal pit trains 11 is reproduced again and again, only the same signal is reproduced, and hence the reproduction is stopped. Consequently, the duplicated disk cannot be reproduced, thus preventing illegal duplication. |
