PURPOSE:To adequately suppress deterioration of an output image by performing geometrical image transform by using stored image data and then performing sharpness processing. CONSTITUTION:After a CCD correction part 18 corrects a CCD output, color image data are transformed by a magnification/resolution transform part 20 into color image data with desired magnification or resolution. An END transform part 24 transforms the density of the color image data by colors corresponding to an image output device 14. Further, the data are transferred to an image processor 12 and temporarily stored in an image data storage part 26 in two dimensions. Then the stored color image data are supplied to an image rotation part 28 for electrical image rotation transform. The rotation- transformed image data are supplied to a color processing part 23 for image processing of desired color correction, gradation, etc., and a sharpness processing part 34 performs sharpness processing. |
