PURPOSE:To detect the inner defects in a material to be inspected and precisely evaluate the article by ultrasonic defect probing. CONSTITUTION:Ultrasonic flow detecting method can be characterized as following: reflected waves from inner detects of material to be inspected are detected by using a probe 1 which sends and receives ultrasonic waves and at the same time the height of echos of the detected reflected waves is integrated by properly using an integrating apparatus 2 while setting a time as a variable, and the waveform with a detected value after the integration is displayed in a displaying apparatus 3 which can display A scope, that is, a display apparatus which can display the reflected waves in a plane coordinates wherein one axis shows the echo height and the other axis shows time.
