a pump for inducting oil flow of an underground oiling tank; a nozzle switch for generating a signal when an oiling nozzle is separated from an oil feeder; a pulse generator for generating a pulse signal corresponding to the amount of oil; a controller for controlling a system by the inputs of the nozzle switch and the pulse generator; and a display for displaying an error message by a control signal of the controller, the controller being comprised of an input/output unit for inputting the output signals from the nozzle switch and the pulse generator and for outputting the control signal and the error message, an operation control unit for counting the pulse signal of the pulse generator during a predetermined time to determine whether the state of the system is normal and if abnormal, for displaying the error message to the display and simultaneously stopping the pump, and a motor driving unit for receiving a pump control signal from the operation control unit to drive the pump.
