<p>The invention comprises a bath designed for two types of hydrotherapy, namely the 'Scottish shower' (alternating hot and cold water) and hydromassage. The ergonomic bottom (35) of the bathtub allows the patient to lie in a prone position, or on his back or side. A door (33) allows an easy entrance to elderly or disabled patients. The use of selected delivery openings (36) allows the treatment of a part of the body. It is possible to treat a patient within 20-30 minutes, thus speeding up the work of establishments where a considerable number of patients are treated daily.</p> |
