The device comprises a memory unit which receives the backup power of data which are in processing, a battery which temporarily supplies the power of computer system for data backup in case that power supply is cut off, a charging controlling unit which recharges in case that voltage level is insufficient, a power supplying unit which provides voltage to every parts of computer system for data backup, and a controlling unit which performs the backup of data in a hard disk, cuts out all power after the backup process, and restores data from the hard disk sequentially.
