The device has a centering bar (3) which is positioned to oscillate. Its section (7) facing the upper device part (6), decreases in size in upward direction, and fits into an aperture in that part. The guide bars (15) are partially undercut. The centering bar is held via a dowel pin (4) in a retainer ring (1) in one part of the device. This part of the device has an aperture, which permits and limits the pendulum movement of the centering bar. This part of the bar is cone-shaped. The two parts of the device are located on consoles, and these have rectangular tubes (2), which are pushed into each other.
