EXPRESSION VECTOR WITH NON-VIRAL PROMOTER

摘要

An expression vector containing a non-viral promoter which promotes high efficiency gene expression in mammalian cells. This expression vector contains the human leukosialin promoter and exhibits significantly higher expression levels in human T cells than do conventional expression vectors containing viral promoters.
