<p>The present invention refers to a method of processing fluids, particularly for unpolluting the environment, including fluid in different phases as in the treatment of polluting gases, characterized by turbulent fixation of multiple fractions of the processed fluids, providing an effective transfer of energy and mass between the fluids. The invention further refers to an equipment for carrying out the method, which comprises a rotatory element (1), which is disposed within a first portion of a housing (6) and has passages (3) in its peripheral wall, as well as pallets (2) inside it, above and around said rotatory element, an upper sprayer (15) and a side sprayer (16) being provided, which are fed by liquid pressed by a pump (14) from a tank (9), a cyclone (7) being connected to the liquid storage tank (9) at an end and being open to the atmosphere at the other end, the rotatory element (1) and the pump (14) being actuated by a single motor (4), the end of the upper sprayer (15) penetrating the inner space of the rotative element (1), and the housing (6) being built from two semilobes joined by a tube (22) and carrying the cyclone (7), which is tapered in the direction of facing the atmosphere, as well as a conic inner deflector (8) in its lower portion.</p> |
