The pills or tablets or are arranged wreath type in the annular chamber relative to the ornamental part. One closable removing opening at least is provided for individual tables, in one of the annular chamber walls. A programmable esp. electronic timer is provided with a coupled optical and/or acoustic signal transmitter.The concentric annular chamber is designed in such a manner for the reception of a storage, allocated in a specified sequence. So that in this sequence, pills or tablets can be brought individually, in to a position aligned to the removal opening at a given time. A ring magazine standing independently is filled with pills or tablets using prepared prepacking.
