The sealing arrangement is used on a concrete roof. The seal has a reinforcement lattice (12) laid on the concrete deck (10) and coated with a hot bituminous mass (13). Before the molten mass is poured the reinforcement lattice is placed directly onto the concrete surface and after pouring has been completed the covering material (14) is rolled out over the bitumen. Both the covering material and the lattice layer have overlapping sections.
