<p>The protective profile strip has a deformation zone (1), a contact-release zone (2) receiving the contact cable (4), and a foot zone (3). The contact-release zone (2) contains a triangular pressure part (25), the lower corner of which has a relatively wide head (250) with two ribs (28) directed towards the contact cable. This head is centred by means of centring bands (24) against lateral displacement under the effect of pressure forces occurring obliquely. Tension bands (29) bent towards one another are arranged on both sides of the pressure part. In the event of an inclination of the deformation zone (1) and with a ............ the pressure part (25), one of these tension bands tensions respectively and, in this state, causes the pressure part (25), in the event of further inclination, to move towards the contact cable (4), to compress it and the cavity (21) surrounding it and thus to ensure a reliable contact release. <IMAGE></p> |
