<p>NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I [R<1> is H or lower alkyl; X is 1-4C alkylene which may have double bond or formula II (Y is -O-, -N-R2- (R2 is H, lower alkyl or amino protecting group); m is 1-3] or salt thereof. EXAMPLE:(1alpha,2beta,5Z)-7-( 2-Benzenesulfoneamidecyclopentane-1-yl )-5-heptenoic methylester. USE:An antithrombic agent, antivasoconstrictor, antitrachea contracting agent or intermediate thereof. PREPARATION:The aimed compound expressed by formula I is obtained through many processes, e.g. by giving a compound expressed by formula IV from a compound expressed by formula III and additionally cleaving the compound expressed by formula IV to provide a compound expressed by formula V.</p> |
