PURPOSE:To perform a ratio characteristic test easily by cutting off a transmission interface and by inputting self-terminal digital data different in phase from the phase inputted into the self-terminal data input terminal into the data input terminal of the counterpart's terminal. CONSTITUTION:When each switching means 17 and 18 is operated to open contact (a) switches Sa1 to Sa5 and to close contact (b) switches Sb1 to Sb5, a transmission interface 14 is cut off and self-terminal digital data IB1, IC1 and IA1 are introduced to data input terminals of the counterpart's terminal TA2 to TC2 in a relay operation section 15. Zero-phase self-terminal digital data IO1 is cut off and self-terminal digital data IA1 is introduced to a self-terminal data input terminal TO1, while IB1 is introduced to a data input terminal TO2 of the counterpart's terminal. The relay operation section 15 performs the test of an A-phase relay using A- and B-phase self-terminal digital data IA1 and IB1. In this way, even if no digital data of the counterpart's terminal IA2 to IC2 are obtained at all, with only self-terminal digital data IA1 to IC1 and IO1 a ratio characteristic test can be performed. |
