PURPOSE:To make demolding easy and prevent cracking and breaking at the time of demolding by a method wherein a molding form body is put on a pallet and after the inside of the molding form is filled with a concrete compounding material, the molding form body is pulled off upward. CONSTITUTION:A molding form body 5 is put on a rectangular pallet 4 and set up to the lower part of a take-off part 2b in a concrete loading device 2. Then after the molding form body 5 filled with concrete compounding material is leveled by turning a lever 2c, the same is vibrated by placing the same on a vibrator and dehydration of the same is performed through aging. Then the molding form body 5 is pulled off upward, an uncured concrete spacer 7a left mounted on a pallet 4, dried, and solidified to form a concrete spacer 7. In addition, a peeling agent is stuck to the molding form body 5 and pulling- out of the molding form body 5 is made easy. |
