The voltage regulating circuit includes a resistive chain (13,15,16,17) whose terminals receive the voltage to be controlled. The current flowing in the resistive chain is amplified by a current mirror and thus produces a reference current (kI). A current controlled voltage source receives this reference current and produces a reference voltage (IN). The reference voltage is provided to a comparator with a degree of hysteresis. This flips for two distinct values of the voltage to be controlled.

|
