The method is applicable for the training and business services. In case for business, the operator performs the editing and correcting the input data. If the input key is not for character, the computer ask for which function you want, then the miss input is prevented. In case for training, the screen is divided by two such that the rapid input data and decoded text are displayed in one monitor. If the grammar or spelling of the input data is different to the stored database, the alarm is provided to correct the input data.
