The piercing component at its free end pointing away from the handgrip has a lancet with a pointed end for targeted introduction into the skin. The handgrip (13) is formed at least partially as a spring-elastic body in the form of a membrane (20). The membrane is formed as a plate-shaped body which in cross-section is concavely arched. The piercing component on its shaft part has projections (24,25) which work in conjunction with corresp. projections in the inner space of the bush component.
