The vibration-proofing rubber sheet composition consists of 5-10wt% synthetic rubber, 75-85wt% filler, 5-10wt% reinforcing agent for tearing strength, 1-1.5wt% plasticizer, 1-1.5wt% crude rubber, and 0.4-1.0wt% stabilizer. The synthetic rubber is EVA. The filler is one or more selected from calcium carbonate, barium sulfate, basic magnesium carbonate, clay, silicic acid, zinc white, or magnesium oxide. The plasticizer is DOP, DOS or DOA. The reinforcing agent for tearing strength is selected from paraffin wax, process oil, and pitch.
