<p>PURPOSE:To dissolve defectiveness in the case where a defective coating of rubber is generated and stabilize swiftly dispersion in weights of products, gauges and widths. CONSTITUTION:Rubber is heated by an increase of inner pressure of a head of an extruding device 32. In this case, a pressure changing ratio is performed comparatively hastily in consideration of only swift dissolution of a defective coating. However, since responsing properties of a temperature of the rubber to a sudden pressure change is comparatively bad, though the defective coating is dissolved swiftly, hunting is generated. Then along with inner pressure of the extruding device 32, a preheating temperature of a bead wire are controlled. Since the bead wire 10 is made of a metal, it responds sensitively. Therefore, since the temperature of the rubber is controlled roughly and fine adjustment is performed by the preheating temperature of the bead wire 10, swift dissolution of defective coating and controlling which stabilizes swiftly by preventing the hunting become possible.</p> |
